Breathtaking view of 4.5 million Nemophila Flowers In A Sea Of Blue at Hitachi Seaside Park, Ibaraki

The miharashi hill at Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki dawns a blue coat of nemophila (also known as “baby blue eyes”) every mid April to May, and I finally witness the magnificent sight today! Another highlight at Hitachi Seaside Park is also their Tulips Garden! So.so.so beautiful. ?

Nemophila Harmony- the blue landscape of nemophila. Seems that the full bloom occurs much earlier than expected this year.

Miharashi Hill. This tree stood out amongst the nemophila!

Be prepared for the crowd. The official website says there are approximately 4.5 millions nemophila!

Did you see the “red highlight” in this photo? Wonder how it got planted in the family. ?

A little more bare on this part of the land with the green patches.

Another “purple highlight”.

There are also rape blossom (the yellow colour flowers) located near the nemophila!

After visiting the nemophila, do walk over to the Tamago no Mori Flower Garden for the Tulips!!! Located near the West entrance.

So colourful!!!

According to the official website, there are 260 varieties of tulips here!

Love the colour mix here!

Did you know that tulips open and close according to temperature around them? So, these are opened tulips!

Of course, we need the symbolic windmill among the tulips!
